“Secretive, silent, smooth and supple as a piece of silk, the leopard is an animal of darkness, but even in the dark it travels alone,” – J. du P. Bothma.

African leopards are some of the biggest, deadliest cats in the world. Unfortunately, their population is on the decline. Humans are the single biggest threat to these magnificent animals. In addition to being hunted as trophies, their furs, skulls, bones, claws, tails and internal organs are used in a variety of medicines and cosmetics.
